Laser Welding

Repair of edges and broken parts: BeCu, soft and hardened steels (up to 64 HRc), copper, stainless steel, aluminum.

EDM & Graphite

Custom milling of electrodes (graphite, copper) and subsequent die-sinking or cutting of laser-repaired shapes.

CNC 5-axis Milling

Precision machining on top-tier EXERON machines according to supplied 3D documentation or samples.

Complex Mould Overhaul

Disassembly, welding, fitting, and leak testing with a wax tester prior to delivery.

Service & Support

On-site Service

We perform mold repairs and laser welding directly at your facility (CZ and DE).
3D Design
